  1. We ship all orders within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country.
  2. All complaints should be submitted via email (sale@kataifi-factory.eu) or by phone (+48 576 513 845). Please contact us if your order is incomplete, if you have any questions, or if your order does not match what you expected. We will do our best to help you and resolve any issues.
  3. Kataifi Factory EU sells kataifi dough produced at its own facility located at Generała Romualda Traugutta 139b. Orders can be placed directly through the website kataifi-factory.eu.
  4. By placing an order, the customer accepts all provisions and information contained in these Terms and Conditions. All subpages linked within the individual clauses of these Terms are considered an integral part thereof.
  5. Customers may place orders 24/7 via the website, except during occasional maintenance periods that may cause temporary unavailability.
  6. All product prices displayed on kataifi-factory.eu are in euros and include VAT. Prices are binding at the time of placing the order. The buyer is also responsible for delivery costs, which are specified on the Shipping & Delivery page.
  7. Products may be subject to promotional offers. The conditions of such promotions may differ from the standard terms outlined herein. Each promotion is time-limited and applies only to specific products selected by the Seller. Detailed conditions for promotional campaigns are outlined in the respective advertising materials. Promotions, discounts, and rebates cannot be combined. Promotional campaigns do not apply to orders placed before the start date of the campaign.
  8. An order is considered binding and will be processed:
    a) after payment and successful verification. Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation or processing delays.
    b) for business orders with deferred payment — after confirmation via email, successful verification of the ordering company, and submission of up-to-date KRS registration data.
  9. The Shipping & Delivery page lists all available payment methods on kataifi-factory.eu. Orders must be paid either electronically or via traditional bank transfer. Deferred payment is available for business clients, based on an invoice. Cash on delivery is not offered.
  10. Order modifications can be requested via email or phone within 60 minutes of placing the order, during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). After this period, you may inquire about the possibility of changes by contacting the phone number listed on our website.
  11. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order, provided it is done in advance and in accordance with these Terms. The withdrawal request must be submitted via email or phone within 60 minutes of placing the order, during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). After this period, inquiries regarding withdrawal or cancellation options may be made by contacting the phone number listed on our website.
  12. Kataifi Factory EU reserves the right to propose a product replacement or decline order fulfillment in exceptional cases beyond its control, where fulfilling the order or delivery becomes impossible. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded within 7 business days.
  13. Kataifi Factory EU reserves the right to cancel orders containing incorrect information due to unintentional errors made by staff or system-related issues on kataifi-factory.eu. This includes incorrectly entered product data such as price, description, or images.
  14. Kataifi Factory EU reserves the right to make changes to orders when necessary. Occasionally, delivered products may slightly differ from those displayed on the product pages.
  15. Delivery times are indicative and approximate – Kataifi Factory EU does not guarantee exact delivery times.
  16. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for order fulfillment. Inaccurate data may result in processing delays, additional charges, order cancellation, or, in extreme cases, undelivered goods.
  17. The delivery courier may contact the recipient by phone to confirm their availability at the delivery address. The contents of the shipment will not be disclosed.
  18. Complaints regarding delivery delays must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the actual delivery date.
  19. The appearance of ordered products may occasionally differ from the photos displayed on the website. Such differences may include appearance, taste, or weight but will not significantly alter the overall character of the product. All delivered products are fresh, and appropriate storage is recommended to preserve their quality. The service is not liable for reduced usability or shelf life resulting from improper storage by the recipient.
  20. Kataifi Factory EU liability is limited to offered products up to the total value of the order placed by the customer.

The company also reserves the right to send marketing messages, including newsletters via email and SMS, to customers who have given their explicit consent.
