Kataifi Factory EU is the only kataifi factory in Central and Western Europe. We make shredded phyllo dough (kadayif) for wholesale buyers in three versions: raw kataifi, chilled or frozen; roasted kataifi; and gluten-free kataifi. Our customers are chefs, bakeries, distributors, food manufacturers and home cooks.

Kataifi goes into traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean desserts like kunafa and baklava, and into newer ones like the Dubai chocolate bar, where pistachio paste is wrapped in roasted kataifi.
