About the Factory

Kataifi Factory EU is a kataifi dough producer based in Poland. We make shredded phyllo (kadayif) dough for pastry shops, bakeries, HoReCa and food manufacturers across Europe.

Our factory

• Production capacity: up to 100 tonnes of kataifi dough per month
• Production site: Piłsudskiego 29, Oborniki Śląskie, Poland
• Head office: Sienkiewicza 2, Wrocław, Poland

Production inside the EU means short delivery times, no customs clearance and stable supply – a real alternative to importing kataifi from Turkey.

What we produce

• Raw kataifi dough – fresh, chilled or frozen, made to order;
• Roasted kataifi – ready to use, long shelf life;
• Gluten-free kataifi – a separate gluten-free product line.

Quality and documents

The factory is currently going through BRC, Kosher and Halal certification audits. For the gluten-free line we provide laboratory test results, declarations and other supporting documents on request.
